Had a very good experience with Kotak Mahindra Bank Yelahanka New Town branch.
Mr. Ashok is extremely professional and efficient. I visited it for the account closure of my husband upon his death. They were very sympathetic and took it up as priority. With very minimal follow-up, the account was closed and the death settlement was done within a few days of approaching Mr.Ashok. Happy with the service provided. Special thanks to Ms Afreen, too.
