The trip was amazing. The jungle was adventure so as the river. We really enjoyed alot.

The best construction work

Johilla river is a bigger natural swimming pool. Too much enjoyment and fun happens here for summer. This will make your summer unforgettable. You can drive bike here. Not for child, adults can visit here in his risk. Person which does not knowledge about swimming don't take risk.

There are 6 gates to stop the flow of water. Electricity is generated through water. Very nice view when the level of river became high and it is leveled by opening all the 5 gates of Dam. Great experience

Fantastic! It's just a trickle at its source, Johilleshwar Mahadev, where there is a small Shiva temple. Soon enough, the rivulet gathers waters and strength, and rushes down a steep valley through a succession of waterfalls, rapids and cascades to meet the mighty Sone river.

Johila river, this river is basically originated from Amarkantak, which is located at Annupur district, madhya Pradesh,
It came out from a hill, a very narrow layer of water caming out from the hill and if we move through it, it converted into a huge river.
The water comes out from the hill moves in three different directions, which converted into three huge rivers of madhya Pradesh which named as Johila, sone and narmada river.
In which narmada is the biggest of all rivers.

Johilla is a beautiful river creating scenic places near Birsinghpur Nowrozabad in Umariya. It has many places for picnic to hangout with friends and family. It has dam also which has hydroelectric power station in Mangthar.

Johila river flows over the Southern Portion of Vindhyachal Mountain Ranges coming from the Maikal Hills.
About 70% of its path is elevated more than 600 m above the Mean Sea Level.

Johila River has a very Mountainous path to flow in therefore it has many curves.🏞

Johila river originates from Jaleshwer Dham, near Amarkantak.

Johila river is a tributary of Sone river,
Which is the second largest tributary of The Ganges coming from the southern banks.
