Best view from the top of the minar.
The view of the dam is just awesome.
Look at the river once , the crystal clear deep blue colour of the water makes it insanely beautiful.
You can get the best view and photos there.
Be careful while you climb the stairs of the minar because many people come with the narrow stair. Make sure you watch your steps on the stairs if you haven't visited here once. Not recommended for people with fear of heights to climb the minar.

Great pleasure, especially for children. Auto rickshaws are not allowed to the top, but you can hire the other types of vehicles that can easily climb top to the hill. Actually, they charge rupees sixty per person, and the authorities collect rupees five per person. The authorities provide Rope Way Service, which charges are rupees seventy per person.

Very good place to visit. But the park is not functional. Little disappointed about park. Please make it functional and maintain the sweet place.

Waooo. Very beautiful scenery you will get at the top of the Minar. You can enjoy the view of whole Hirakud Dam. Here one greenery park is there, you can go and enjoy with your friends and family members with kids. Ticket price for entering to this Minar and park ia very less. You can do your photoshoot also. Further you can visit to the Hirakud Dam left dyke, which is also a very beautiful place to visit and enjoying the natural and beautiful scenery.

The Jawahar Minar gives a 360 degree view of the Hirakud reservoir from the top. Trust me the view is impeccable.
