The rooms were clean and neat. Service was better to be tackled. You should go for this..

The main reason I chose this on multiple occasions is because *No bar attached*

I took 3 rooms on 3 different occasions, all the time at least one room had an issue with the air conditioner.

Service is below par. Can be better.

Easy to find, Well maintained rooms and fully air conditioned.

It is near from Railway station but no shops for basic needs nearby and approach is little difficult. Room is mainted good. Lack of restaurant is a draw back. Staffs are good. All the best.

Safe place to stay in Karaikal even for family,and couples, clean and spacious rooms with A/C with hot water and a 10 mins drive to Karaikal beach and even saineshwar temple with best rates , staff was very friendly, Mohammad Ali an old man who was at the reception was very friendly and suggested us to visit nearby Danish fort. a small suggestion is to improve the quality of the bedsheet.

It is around 1.2 kilometres from Karaikal bus stop. There are 4 floors. The ground floor there is Axis Bank as well as ATM service. There are many hotels and shops nearby.

Oh my god... What a humanity service... Not a money minded... They are focused guest satisfaction. Each and every person service was great. They are listed properly for customers words, if people search good hotels in Karaikal... Pls check RR Residency.

One off the best rooms I have stayed so far , the staff here are so friendly and give u the best feel away from home .... The rooms are clean and we'll maintained , I would suggest any off the travellers to have a stop and visit this place if ur looking for a home ambiente stay ...cheers
