Kind Attention to Volkswagen India; Kindly shut this Workshop else retrain the entire manpower. Ask them to render affordable and genuine quality services rather than bypassing and exaggerating minor issue into bigger one. The very first experience of this Workshop really a pathetic and highly toxic for us. Hope VW India will act promptly to regain our faith in their overall brand and total experience. If you are looking for the poorest customer service centre for Volkswagen India, you don't need to look any further, because VW Service Centre Kanpur can easily have that tag/award. The staff is not ready to listen to the customer demands and requirements. Greedy people who just try to extract money by all means possible.

Please save your time and money and don't let them take advantage of the monopoly they are enjoying because of no other Volkswagen Service Centre in Kanpur.
They are not even worthy of a single star rating.

In these times of pandemic, they are charging Sanitation expenses of Rs. 1500/- plus taxes for servicing of Cars. I mean do u have any work ethics? The staff is actually greedy....... Ms. Urmila and Mr. Sumit, you people are working really hard to spoil the brand value of VW.

I reiterate, please save your time and money, don't fall into their trap.....
They are actually bad......
