The owner is the one who's the trainer. He has such a friendly nature and is really helpful. It can be seen that he's actually knowledgeable and experienced in what he's doing. The gym is clean and the ambience is chill. The pro of this gym is that the owner is approachable with such kind nature and attitude

This is my first ever gym and now its been almost 3 months and by far this is a really good gym. The trainer is fantastic and really friendly, there are all the machines and equipments to hit every muscle of the body. As soon as you join you'll be given a well planned workout/training routine suitable for your eventual goal of mental and physical health.
Overall its a fully packed gym

Felt lethargy overtaking me due to WFH situation and was looking for an escape. My first Xp with Himalayan Gym have not been disappointed. An awesome fitness facility with all the basic amenities, certified trainers, well equipped machines, reasonable charges, and excellent hygiene. Would highly recommend!

The equipments are good and updated one..
The cleanliness is taken care with utmost importance and students are not allowed to enter the gym without towel and gym wear.
It is located 1km from khaprail bazaar and is easily accessible.
The gym is very spacious and has proper ventilation so u won't feel suffocated ..
The fees of the gym is also quiet affordable as compared to the other gyms...
This is the best gym in surrounding area of matigara..

Well Himalayan fills and gives all that knowledge which i never knew before.
