Very clean rooms, wonderful ambience. LOFT cafe is the gem. This is the in house restaurant. Service is pretty seamless, one call and you get what you ask for. Transport easily available. Overall amazing stay. Highly recommended

The hotel is all you need for a good stay. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned. This hotel is placed in national highway itself so you don't have to roam here and there. They also have cafe and restaurant of their own. The service was excellent.
I would suggest this place for sure.

The Hotel staff is very courteous. Location is very perfect. Reception Manager Mr. Digambar was very pleased and helpful. 10 mins from station with auto.

We stayed for one night here on Oct 7th. We really appreciate the attitude of the staff members. Our daughter (toddler) slipped while climbing the bed and hit her head on the corner of the coffee table (severe bleeding). The staff member took me with my daughter on his bike to the nearby clinic and also paid for the treatment since I did not carry my wallet at that time. All members are caring.
The room was really thought out in terms of amenities. Everything was working fine. Service is prompt as well.
The restaurant (LOFT) food is really good. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.
The location is also good as you will easily find an auto or tuk-tuk there without much hassle.

This is a very good hotel. It's my second visit/ staying in this hotel. So I prefer to visiters of mathura. Use this hotel also.

My first hotel experience in India. And I hoped that all of them would be like this, but they didn't.
This hotel is amazing for a 3star hotel. Staff was very welcoming and helpful! Food in the restaurant was AMAZING! Staff even better!
Their English was not so good but it is incredible how we managed to communicate and I was very happy with everything.
They provide heater, kettle, shower soaps, clean bed and towels, AC, toilet paper and extra bed if needed.

I am very happy with my stay there!

Specious and clean hotel, staff is also helpful and polite. Food quality is also good. Highly recommended if you are looking place to stay in Mathura.

It was a very good experience to stay at hotel spiti during our tour to mathura.

Before booking, we went through many online reviews as well as reviews on different apps. It was mixed response but we still booked owing to our gut feeling. We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and provided with all kinds of facilities. Kettle, blower, tea/coffee, almirah, toiletries , towel, room slipper everything. It was neat, clean and the staff was super helpful in getting us water and coffee even after 11 pm in the night. There was hot water available and the next door cafe Loft is a cherry on a cake. You can have amazing food here. For us, it was an amazing one day stay.

Rooms are pretty spacious. Washrooms are well maintained. They have their own cafe which serves delicious momos. Do try their pan fried Schezwan momos.
