This gym is really great because of the environment of the gym. Everyone here us really into there health and taking care about there body. Even though the gym is little bit small compare to there gym around. Which has its own benefit that's our trainers can focus on every individual to provide upmost tranning. The equipments here are really good and maintained properly every now and then. The gym is always clean with washroom and changing room.

Optimum Fitness is one of the Best Gym in Eastern Vadodara. I have been going to this Gym from October and my experience has been very positive.
The staff is very caring and positive. Equipments are top notch and i would like to specially thank personal trainer Mr. Ravi Malivad for his excellent guidance. Under his training i lost 7 kgs in 2 months time. He took care of not only the workout but also planned out personalized Meal Plan for me.
Which worked wonders and he was constantly in connect with my overall progress. I personally suggest to take personal training from Ravi Sir.
