This is my second visit to Basil dental clinic. The first was about a month ago to get my teeth cleaned and X-ray done . Both appointments went smoothly. Dr Shilpi is so through and informative and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises, very calming as well thanks to dr shilpi and entire team

5 stars cannot justify the perfection demonstrated by Dr Shilpi during my treatment. I had minor pain which got increased during the recent festive season. Doctor not only did a painless cavity filling and scaling but also educated me around
1. Brushing method and frequency
2. Water flossing
3. Oral hygene
I was surprised to see the depth of cavity present inside my jaw. It was so pleasantly filled that it didn't feel like a cavity afterwards. I would say she is a perfectionist when it comes to dental treatments.

Dr Neelam was a great person and even greater doctor with excellent clinic and facilities. She provided good care and opinion for my situation. Would recommend to my friends and family.

I visited basil dental clinic due to my upper back side teeth as I was unable to eat even a chapati due to hot and cold severe sensation. The clinic location was easy to locate and Dr Shilpi was available at a very short notice. She explained me the problem and advised me root canal and crown procedure. I started the treatment and it was a single sitting rct. It went super smooth and after the treatment my sensation was gone. Today I got my cap done and I feel that the condition of my teeth is very good. I would recommend Dr Shilpi to anyone without any doubts. Very good work done. Thank you, would visit again.
