From past two weeks i am trying to contact to doctor or receptionist to know the status whether clinic is open or not so that i can get appointment as i am not from baroda
Please do something or provide number so that i can contact.

Doctor is very intelligent

Good doctor

The doctor had a very good experience. But management is very poor.. At the time of OPD, she gives almost 1 hrs to MR when patients are waiting even with an appointment.

The dr. Is very nice and good behaviour but the receptionist is the worst. The receptionist are so rude to patient they can't understand the patient situation or his family members situation. They have to change their behaviour to patient. There are two AC but not in working condition also in summer.

The frontdesk people are so arogent rude aswell , if in case you dint get your appointment and suddenly you want to meet in emergency they will make you seat for 1 hr.

Very bad response .

Need to change frontdesk people.

Doctor is good but the behaviour of receptionist is worst...they talk very rudely to each n every patient...either change the receptionist or tell them to learn how to talk to patients...
