I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding emergency medical service from Dr. Sejal and Dr Charu’s initiative DR AT DOORSTEP. and his team. Not only was Dr. Sagar exceptionally skilled and helpful, but the supporting staff also made a significant impact. A special mention must go to Sahil Bhai, ambulance driver, who was incredibly active, kind, and a true gentleman throughout the process.

It's not often that you come across such dedicated and caring professionals. The doorstep service offered by this team was a lifesaver and made a challenging situation much more manageable. I am deeply grateful for their prompt and efficient care.

Home care treatment is a very good initiative by Star health company. After calling, the doctor came to the house within 1 hour to check and gave all the required medicines free of cost. Also all roports are free of cost. Which is very useful for customers. The treatment of the doctor and the nurse was very good and helpful. The doctor explained the medicine very well. congratulations and best wishes to Star Health Company for this facility. This deserves a 10/10 rating.

We had service of Ambulance and nursing . Nursing service is very good perticulary Mrs Shivani Gaiwad who frequently visited for NURSING
of my 86years old mother is very helpfull and cooperative .
Door stape service should be for 24 hrs.

We called Dr At Doorstep to treat an elderly person who had fallen and was very weak. The response from their call center through WhatsApp was quick and considerate. The Dr and his assistant showed up promptly at the assigned time - which is so rare - and thoughtfully spent time to understand the problems and address the issues. They have been back 3 times so far, always on time and polite and considerate.

Their charges have been reasonable and not over the top.

We have also had follow up from their staff asking about the patients health.

Overall a very good experience compared to many young doctors who seem to be in a rush to send the an elderly person to hospital without considering that home care is more suitable.

Hope that their service levels remain high and they can run an efficient and high quality service for a long time.

We contacted them at a very short notice yet they were very helpful and provided us with a caretaker within couple of hours

Without a doubt an excellent services. Good knowledgeable doctors who take personal responsible for treatment. Had an immediate contact with Dr Dulari and their associates who has taken full responsibilities to treat me incl, all imperative necessary medications
