Very bad service experience with this courier service. I was not available on delivery date so i reschedule it to some other day as per their request. Bad never received the package till 3-4 days so i had to visit the place to collect it by hand. Hopefully it was not return back and i got it after waiting there 10-15 mins. Everyday they are updating out for delivery and door close at the end of day but nobody calling me for delivery and they don't have any number.

It is a pathetic courier agency and they Are keeping my orders for more than seven days now to deliver it and the phone number is not available. You cannot contact them just to be on the safer side. Never use this service ever again.

The worst courier in the world. Package not delivered even after one month of dispatch. After one month they have written in tracking that my address is incomplete which is rubbish. They never call you. All their phone numbers mentioned in their website are invalid. I wonder how such a rogue company is being used by Govt. to send important documents like PAN etc.

I would have given negative remarks if available as this courier company is totally fraud. They don't deliver any couriers and they never contacts the customer and neither any customer is able to contact them as all there contacts details and office address are a big fraud

Very poor quality of service and delivery agents are demanding extra money for delivering PAN card. I think this company owners are connected or related to govt. Department NSDL that's why such 3rd class courier services company have been given contracts.

It will be your complete bad luck if your parcel or shipment will be handled by this Courier company. They don't have any source through which you can contact them,, they will never call you for your shipment.... All their contact number are not valid,. Their email id given at the website is not valid. How the hell this company is still valid. I am waiting for my cheque from last 15 days but not able to get a call even from Delivery boy.

Such a worse delivery services, poor customer care responses". from last 3 days I am following up with delivery everytime he said he is coming but at night I got message , Delivery failure Residence was closed. And Reschedule delivery. ....

Very poor service, I am not happy with your company delivery service. I did not received My mother's pan card till 4th mar, 2022 from 17 feb, 2022 from faridabad branch of Kerry indev express.

You guys should shut down your company, my parcel was to be delivered on 3rd feb but no one came to deliver. The delivery person only says tomorrow it will be delivered and all! They put fake status as DOOR CLOSED, ADDRESS ISSUE and blah blah but no one will come to deliver. Worst logistics service provider. 0 star.

I'm giving one star because there is no negative one otherwise I will give it to them, my courier was expected to come 2 months before but still I have no idea where it is right now. They don't pick the calls and mistakenly if they pick up even they don't know where the hell it is. It is the worst company I have ever seen in my life. Don't know if they're even interested in doing business or not.
