Hotel Express Towers

I stayed in this hotel for one night. I am happy with the rooms, services and location.
My rating of the rooms is 4 stars and not 5 stars for the following reasons:
* The rooms' geysers are connected to a centralized boiler. You have to wait for over 10 minutes to get hot water. It is not instant.
* The bathroom lighting is not sufficient for shaving activity.

We had G2G for family and friends to celebrate the success of our child. Banquet menu had vast choice including local food items. Preparation, service and manner of staff was the highlight of our successful program. My personal thanks to Banquet Manager Mr.Birender Singh, banquet team leads Umesh,Shabir and entire team for providing great hospitality.

We took Gujarati Thali for lunch on 17.12.2023. It was superb, being Weekend, huge crowd was waiting but we got call within 10 minutes. The food was served immediately and every item is tasty. Only issue is the front desk staff, took long time to furnish the bill which we felt affect the people waiting. This can be done at a faster rate

Well kept and nice tidy rooms which are kept clean. Breakfast nice and well balanced and sumptuous. Would love to try the Gujrati Thali which is on offer at 1st floor. All in a good hotel to stay and get pampered by the services offered by the hotel.

I was there for our Business meet. However just wanted to check if Hotel Express Tower would give me a free one day stay 😅. The staff is courteous and rooms are quiet good considering the hotel being in good location.

I enjoyed a lunch there. It was delicious and moral one.

Well established smoothly run hotel at City center. Rooms are clean and large enough - 3rd floor front ones have a balcony too. Cleanliness is good. Morning buffet breakfast has all the usual staples from fruit juices, smoothies, pastries, to indian fare to quasi continental stuff. Coffee is instant and not palatable though you could get espresso if you ask. Staff are helpful. Room service is good and portions are large.

Very good location. Rooms are quite good with modern amenities. Food is superb. Staff behaviour is also commendable. Loved the lobby ambience. Very good sound proofing.

The hotel itself is known for its great service. I have stayed both in Deluxe and Premium rooms. Very well organized, clean, and full of different amenities. The staff on the reception whom we booked through have always been friendly and well mannered. Make sure to include breakfast, sometimes it's complimentary but worth it. Also, the food from the restaurant is amazing and the staff who serves breakfast and dinner are so polite and gentle, they always make sure that you're comfortable and have your best time while staying. Highly Recommended.

Simply wonderful. We always enjoy dining at the Mandap Restaurant at the Express Hotel which serves delicious vegetarian Thali. Excellent Service with very good quality of food and lovely atmosphere. The restaurant is hygienically very clean and well managed by the experienced and friendly Restaurant Manager Mr. Amitkumar and his efficient and caring staff.. We love this place.
