I have got tremendous progress after consulting Dr. Saxena and her dedicated team. My muscle aches and pains have started to ease as I follow her regular exercises. I have improved muscle strength and am able to carry heavier load for longer time and distance. After only 2 sessions with her, I was able to climb steep stairs and slope without holding the handrails or any support. I am also glad to have improved in my balancing through regular guidance from her. She is able to customize her consultations of exercise routines according to her various patients’ needs.
