The Designer Cake studio

It was an amazing experience. I ordered my son’s birthday cake and I had some specifications. They were amazing with respect to quality, taste and service. It was worth ordering. I am very happy. Thankyou cake studio team to make the event memorable.

I was looking for a custom designer birthday cake with cocomelon theme for my 3 year old baby boy and was searching for a good cake bakery shop or an experienced baker chef who could meet my expectations in terms of taste, quality and finesse of the design. I visited several cake shops, dialed in numerous home bakers dealing in custom designer cakes, but was not convinced by their experience or their vocal promises as I felt they were merely trying to sell their products.

That is when I came across Chef Sobha Khatwa's designer cake studio. She sent me her instagram handle where I could peek into her designs. The designs looked intriguing but still I was not sure about the taste, because in the end, no matter how beautiful the cake is, if it does not taste good, there is no point of buying one, as I have had faced disappointments in the past with cakes not satisfying my taste pallets. Since this one was for my baby's birthday, where I invited lot many guests, I wanted to make sure that, the cake is good.

I put my trust in Chef Sobha and I cannot be more thankful to her for providing me the cake fitting all my requirements. I ordered ras malai flavored fondant sculpted cake which was visually stunning and incredibly delicious. The fondant sculpted cake was made with such attention to detail that it almost seemed a shame to cut into it. But of course, a cake isn't just about looks - it has to taste good too. And this cake definitely did not disappoint. The sponge was moist and fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness. The fondant that covered the cake was not too thick or too thin, and had a lovely smooth texture that made each bite a joy to savor.

What I really appreciated about this cake was that even though it was a work of art, it didn't sacrifice flavor for aesthetics. Each element of the cake was carefully crafted to create a cohesive and delicious whole.

Overall, I would highly recommend Chef Sobha Khatwa to anyone who is looking for a show-stopping cake that tastes as good as it looks for their special/normal occasions. It's clear that a lot of skill and passion went into making this cake, and it truly paid off.
The cake is a true work of art that is worth ordering again.

I must say that the cream used in their cake is so fresh and light and also its fluffy and moist from inside. They have wide range of flavours from simple to premium.

Amazing experience starting from the time of understanding what is required for the cake to providing so much attention to details and the cake actually turned out to be better than the pic we thought off. It was a Unicorn design cake and before reaching out to the Designer Cake Studio we checked the same with 3-4 other cake shops but sorry to say they did not understand the concept. Not only the looks of the cake but the flavor was amazing and delicious. It was very fresh, the kids as well as everyone who had a bite just fell in love with the cake.

My experience with chef Shobha has been exquisite. Since October I have been ordering cakes from their shop. She manages to put ideas into reality. Recently, tried the lemon cheese cake. I must say, this is one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had. The texture of the cake was so good that it was melting in the mouth. Also, received a lot of appreciation from people at the gathering :)
