Art Canvas Design Studio

I spent a wonderful Sunday afternoon with Akanksha and Seema, learning the basics of knife painting while sipping on wine. What more can one want :)
They are both super talented and were patient while teaching. All in all it was a fun event at the end of which I took back a framed painting and a cute gift of earrings from them (they make jewellery too!)

Knowing and creating art is one thing but being able to teach that skill to others requires a lot of patience and positive encouragement.. Akanksha and her mom have that in abundance. I randomly came across their page on insta and chanced upon the art workshop they were holding in Gurgaon, super confused and lost initially as to what I will draw from the many art forms available on display but they made the journey so easy and totally worth it .. Not only did I hit the vortex of my creativity but got to meet some really amazing people and hold meaningful conversations. I will treasure what I created in those 2 days, thank you Akanksha and Seema for being so patient and motivating and from passing on your skill to us :) I couldn’t believe that I. could make these pieces of art so effortlessly..This just makes me want to continue to learn and explore more

I have been working with Akanksha and Seema for over a period of over 3 months. Coming back to painting after a very long time, the experience has been nothing short of awesome! They have patiently explained the technical nuances. The choice of paintings offered is very diverse. Above all, most commendable is their attitude of “how can we help” for any issues that may arise. I am based in US and they have been more then accommodating for the timings! Would highly recommend for anyone interested in learning / continuing to paint from beginners to advanced levels!

Artwork is like meditation as one gets fully engrossed in it to get the best in limited time slot. One meets people from different backgrounds and professions. It’s real fun as one doesn’t just learn by doing oneself but also by what others are doing. It’s great enjoyment especially when people appreciate the piece of art done by you in just 3 hours. It’s special attraction for retired persons and lovers of art. Hope to see more such events with more variety of options . With best wishes to the organisers.

Akansha and her Mother did a fabulous job in making it so simple for everyone to create their own masterpieces. They has the ability to bring out the artist in you. It was an amazing experience.

I have personally attended most of the water color zoom lessons over the last 2 months! It’s been lovely to paint along and practice water color technics with the art design studio team! I feel like every class I have managed to improvise with the teams help! I’m looking forward to many more of these lessons!! I totally recommend everyone interested in taking up art as a hobby! When I started off with these classes, I was a beginner! Now I’m getting better every class! 😊

I was introduced to knife & acrylic painting in my last year of Bachelor's degree and instantly fell in love with it. Painted a lot then, but lost touch in my Master's. During this lockdown I came across Art Canvas Design Studio. It's been a month since I joined and I have enjoyed every knife/brush stroke. Akanksha and her mom are very patient and an amazing artists. They were flexible with the timings to accommodate everyone's needs. I highly recommend them. Thank you team ACDS!!

Art Canvas Design Studio - I believe is a one stop destination for all the art lovers. The Mother-Daughter duo exactly knows the nag of teaching and getting the best out of oneself. Always smiling and full of warmth. The workshops conducted by them has turned out to be my "Happy Place". Looking forward for many more happy moments.

The first workshop that I tried here was Knife painting. And I had such a good time that I went for all subsequent workshops! it's a lovely studio with lots of art to look at, some great music and ofcourse two amazing women to guide you on how to go about your canvas! Thank you for a such a good week! looking forward to attending more events with you and trying my hands on other kinds of art.

I have done couple of workshops with Art Canvas Design Studio. It was absolutely fun and the way and manner each art is taught is really worth appreciating. I look forward to join many more workshops organized by them.

I have attended many painting workshops here. Both Aakansha and Seema Maam are such dedicated teachers who not just helps you learn the craft but also fall in love with it. I look at a painting now and I am immediately able to notice the patterns, the technique like a pro. I have still a long way to go but with continued classes I am sure under the best teachers I will excel. Ma’am is so talented but more than that she’s an amazing teacher. What’s best is that I got individual attention and so did EA and every participant. I love the studio and the vibe it exudes. It’s a beautiful, positive place. I recommend this to anyone who wants to learn art, take up as a hobby or just want to unwind after a hectic day with some art therapy.
