Worst banking experience ever.. wanted to close my dad's account after his death. It took me 2 weeks and 4 visits to the bank despite having all the documentations. None of the staff seems interested in working. All of them enjoy harnessing and avoiding customer, and socialisation on phone..hope any senior management of the bank look at these multiple complaints and take serious action. PLEASE RESPECT CUSTOMER 🙏

DN Gupta is the cheater person very third class person and law category service. Account transfer time he did cheat. Dont open account in this bank. bank of baroda is good bank but at waghodia branch this DN gupta cheater person.

What a downfall for BOB waghodia branch, They are still taking lunch..timing is 3:00 pm.Sitting here since 30 minutes,AC not working properly and yes the old system..🤦🏽‍♂

Third class service. Staff is rude and non cooperative. They do not even guide customers properly. Would not suggest this bank and specially Waghodia road branch of Vadodara. BoB mobile app is not user friendly.
