OYO Hotel New Relax Inn

The place is nice n clean and the staff too is very polite

Highly disappointed by the hotel.
1. Location of the hotel is different to that provided in the maps.
2. Difficult to find the entrance of the building, caused a lot if inconvenience.
3. Very rude and uncooperative staff, receptionist was more interested in chewing 'gutka' and watching TV rather than assisting the guests.
4. Rooms were completely different than those in the pictures in terms of hygiene.
5. Dirty bed sheets, curtains and floor.
6. The bathrooms were completely stained and seemed like they were never cleaned.
I suggest you to go for a different hotel than this.
This one is a complete waste of money.

Scam... I booked a room through Goibibo. When I reached I saw that the hotel was closed from outside. The contact numbers were either switched off or they didn't pick up. And it was showing non refundable while booking even in case of cancelation. The hotel management is filled with mf scoundrel and rascals. Bloody cheaters.

Scam....stay away...

I booked and paid through Oyo...when reached they said we don't have any rooms available and asked me to contact Oyo for refund...I cancelled the booking and asked for refund. They didn't refund because I had already cancelled the booking and the property owner lied that we never went there.... Complete scam
