A wonderful place to visit. The nearby area is so soothing to watch. Typical hilly like area. A small temple on one end of the bridge with a small garden. Perfect place to relax.

Good place to spend evenings...sunset was beautiful and paddy fields around, I couldn't stop clicking pictures...water was almost full when we visited...there is also Shiva temple beside the dam...very peaceful

Its a dream to watch this type of barrages with Full water capacity. Currently this project is filled with Rain water and its holding around 0.75 tmc. Never thought a barrage with full tank water level in anantapur district. This credit goes to Late CM YSR. Hatsoff to his vision.
