Ultra smooth hassle free , best and value for money service provided by FU FU Gadi. Took Nexon for 13 days and covered Arunachal, ,kohima, Assam and Meghalaya. Such a fantabulous experience, the condition of the vehicle is really amazing, love the power of Nexon while driving in hilly terrain with such an ease. I strongly recommend u to go for this self car rental agency and im sure that u wont regret. They have sent 2000 Rs security deposit immediately while handover of the car at Airport One more thing they have given and taken back the vehicle at Airport, which is so convenient. Im loving it. No katkat /no zigzig while taking car back. Just keep it up the good work. No doubt why u have got so many good reviews. Just one suggestion give vehicle full tank and take it back full tank ,as immediately searching of petrol pump at new place is not so good feeling.But that is just a suggestion. I got car with 55 km fuel in it, which was more than enough to reach nearest fuel pump. So no complaints only one suggestion for betterment.

Nice dealing with FuFu Gadi. Very transparent deal and no hidden charges. I have rented for 7 days to visit to Meghalya. Vehicle condition was good. My suggestion is that they should give the car with tank full and take back the car with tank full , rather then giving car almost empty tank.

Amazing customer service - we booked two cars - XUV and Innova. Unfortunately, XUV was in the workshop when we arrived and they offered Kia carens for a day. In the evening, they came all the way to Shillong to exchange carens with XUV!

On top of it, they welcomed us with a very nice gift when we arrived :-)

Reserved a Honda Amaze sedan for a 5-day duration. The car, just six months old, demonstrated solid mechanical performance, and the tires were in good condition. The entire process, from booking to pickup and drop-off, went smoothly. We picked up the car from the railway station and returned it at the airport. The host was highly responsive throughout.

While the exterior of the car was clean, the interiors had some dirt. The host acknowledged this and assured that it would be rectified in the future. Additionally, they offered a token reimbursement for cleaning. The nominal deposit was promptly refunded through UPI right after returning the car. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would undoubtedly choose FuFuGadi again for any future bookings.

We hired 3 Urbania vehicles for a trip of 6 days for Meghalaya and Assam. The service given by them is top notch, with highly experienced and professional drivers.

The case was delivered at hotel's doorstep on time and we had returned at the airport (on extra charges) which has made our whole trip very convenient. Had a trip to Meghalaya for two days. In start, I was a bit hesitant as I have never experienced self drive car service before but depending upon the reviews, gave it a go. Booked a Hyundai Venue for 3 days. Car was in good condition (serviced just a day ago). No problem with gear shifting or braking. An amazing experience overall. The best thing about them is transparency. They are attentive to phones if you got any issue or doubt. Although the drop off was delayed but that is understandable as it was a peak weekend vacation wise and we were staying at Guwahati for that night.

I was looking for a good self drive rental agency in Guwahati for my trip to Shillong. I found Fufu Gadi had good reviews. Although the Creta I had booked wasn't available on my arrival, Mr.Rinku offered an upgrade to a Harrier at a small increment of cost. The car was in good condition and I enjoyed the trip. Only scope of improvement is the car could have been ready washed when I had arrived. I had to wait additional 2hrs from booking time for the vehicle to be washed. Otherwise my experience with fufugadi was very smooth and even the airport drop was quite easy. I would recommend you give it a try.
