Live Strong Fitness Gym

This is a small gym (one big hall/ one floor of the building) with all the equipment one needs... Except an elliptical cross trainer, (sigh). Otherwise, the two instructors guide you very well, and always teaches you how to activate the right muscle groups. The gym boasts around 200 monthly users and they take attendace. The prices are quite low for all the support and equipment (and new music) you get. 10/10 would recommend.

A disciplined and well equipped gym and good instructors. It's been only 8 months that I have joined but the results are really satisfying in this short duration. Thank you all the trainers of Live strong gym. Thank you for guiding me, inspiring me.
