I recently visited the gym, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was energizing, the equipment was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Even as a non-gym person, I felt comfortable and motivated to push myself. Highly recommend for a positive fitness experience!

I have rated Muscle Monkey 5 star because of few very important points that I as a female client look for in a fitness centre. They have well equipped fitness machines including Physiotherapy. A healthy environment is much needed in today’s society where everyone is thriving to get better be it physically or mentally.
I personally love the HIIT GROUP CLASS conducted by Head Coach of the Gym who is also a renowned physiotherapist Dr Rupam Gayan. He is a very dedicated coach. Also all other gym employees, coaches and trainers are very professional and they maintain a cordial relationship with all clients of the gym. Overall the environment at this fitness centre is very good.

I have been working out at muscle monkey gym since 2 years now , and i have no complaints. Love the environment, great equipped machinery. Well qualified trainers and support staff. Highly recommend!!!

I liked the hygiene of the Club, being a fitness enthusiastic I have been to different gyms, but I find the trainers here are most friendly till the dated I have worked out. Keep the good work up.

Great gym to workout.
I took PT for two months from Lakhipriya maam. She is one of the most sincere trainer and always makes sure you learn every exercise with proper body postures.

Joined for Knee Rehab post surgery.
Thank Dr.Rupam (Physio cum Head Coach) I am able to walk now without support in 2months period of time..

Best gym in Guwahati hands down. Special attention is given to hygiene which is rare in gyms. Thanks to Lakhipriya Saikia for being a great trainer!!

One of the most well maintained Hygienic Gym and Fitness Centre, Personal trainner like Nigam,Pranjal,Lakhi Priya they are good, floor trainer Dhruva is Good and My Personal Trainer is "So good so careful" that he is one and only Mr Rupam Gayan

Great gym with latest hi tech machines and very much spacious. It also has physio in house with other mordern facilities like massage room steam bath n a food corner also..good staff n trainers. Little expensive but worth te money.

They have a separate space for crossfit, yoga and boxing well maintained is grt well organized equipment.

Great ambience, great facilities, great staff. I find the Gym absolutely amazing.

Best gym. I feel home here everyone I MM is so friendly they are always ever ready to help. I’ve never felt uncomfortable. Always hygienic, peaceful environment loving people and as a gym everything is there high quality machines. Also the food bar so yummy. Love it

One of the best gyms I have ever been to. So many machines and multiple options to keep yourself fit. The coaches provide very good service of how to maintain the fitness in you. Clean and sanitized all the time. The space of the gym is all very big.

Great workout floor n machines. Large in-house parking lot. Diet crafted meals. Has professional boxing ring n coach. Clean entire place. Yoga they have. Yes has physiotherapists and chamber inside. Best fitness premises in entire NE..

It has all you need right from yoga, crossfit, physiotherapy and a running track.
Machine are one of a kind, you can connect with your phone with the machin and it will give all the details of your workout. The machine has its own rep count so you don’t need to worry about.
Overall the gym is worth from every corner.
Would suggest you all to go and have a look on the gym.

Few might find priced on a higher side but it is worth paying. The staffs, trainer's or the service staffs perform amazingly. The set and ambiance give you the energy to do more...
