Hotel Brijwasi Royal Mathura

We stayed for 2 days in last December with family n friends for a social function in Mathura.

We found this hotel excellent, well furnished rooms, very clean, sevice is quite adequate, hotel staffs are very friendly n cooperative, food is also of a pretty good standard though breakfast spread can be improved a bit.

Price point is reasonable for all services

Overall very satisfying experience.

Nice experience, we enjoy the family stay. The room was good. Staff are professional. Service is awesome. They guide the tourist in the right direction and save your money as much as they can.

Tasty food options. They even call and ask if you need more food. They ask for feedback on food once served to the room.

Complimentary breakfast food options are less in comparison to other hotels but are tasty and manageable.

It is near to the railway station but not walkable with family.

It would have been even better if we had a Brijwasi sweet stall in the hotel instead of chocolate stalls.

The hotel is located at prime location. Not much congested area. You will easily get e-auto outside the hotel for visiting temple and Shri Krishna Janam Bhoomi. Also the rooms are quite clean and well maintained. Food is also good. We tried Kashmiri pulav, Dal tadka, manchurian, french fries. All dishes were tasty. Even the complimentary breakfast was good and simple and tasty. If you are travelling with family and kids and looking for a safe and decent place to stay, this is a great place.

We just visited to buy sweets, particularly मथुरा का pedha while leaving from मथुरा.
The shop of sweets cum restaurant is very big and all the quality food from Snacks to sweets are available.
Location is also good

THE BEST hotel in Mathura . I visited during peak festival season but the staff was very friendly and well mannered. And the food was honesty very delicious and good. The location is also very convenient and the railway station is just 500 meters from the hotel . Overall with the blessings of banki bihari ji our stay was fabulous.

My experience was amazing. The food here was amazing and its quality too.. all the staff here are really cooperative. But i would like to mention specifically Mr Madan Singh he sits at the reception. He is really cooperative, helpful and will go to any extent to help you. Be it with you facing some food problems or some problem with respect to your room. A really nice and helpful person he is. This place is my permanent place to stay at mathura. Its connectivity to other places like barsana or vrindavan is easily accessible. A must stay i would say. If you stay here once, they’ll make sure that you wont face any kind of problem for sure. Highly recommended.

I came to have lunch with friends at the restaurant here, and the quality of food is outstanding. Everything we ate was very well prepared, good quantity, and very very tasty. My friends and myself were very happy with the service and food and definitely will come back again.

Worth the place. Location is too good. It's heart of City.

Considering Mathura .. its littel overpriced. Ideally it should not be more that 3000. However rooms were neat and clean. Room service, breakfast buffet was tasty. Overall experience was Excellent.

Located in the heart of the town, this hotel offers opulence for the price we spend. This approximately three to four kilometers from Sri Krishna janma bhoomi. You have a beautiful fountain at the entrance to welcome the guests. You have ample car parking space available.

At the lobby, you have decent space for sitting. You have chocolate shop near the reception area. You have lot of gifting options available depending on your budget to gift chocolates. Prices are pretty reasonable considering the place where it's sold.

You have the restaurant available which is pretty close to the reception. You also have a bar available on the other side is the reception. You have quite a good number of options available to choose from the menu. Restaurant offers only veg. Prices are reasonable and the rate is decent. Veg pulav or paneer pulav costs you less than 250 rupees

You have an elevator available. The rooms are spacious and are equipped with large cupboard to keep your belongings. You have an electric kettle, mini refrigerator, led TV available in the room. You also have a sturdy table and a chair. Washrooms are well maintained and you get hot water through solar heaters.

Two big drawbacks I observed is that they don't have toilet tissues available and number of charging points in the room are only two. Since they are also not right next to the bed, it becomes tedious while you want to go to bed. You have room service available.

Overall experience is good and definitely a place to stay.

The hotel is well maintained and serves good variety of food. The staff is proactive and very understanding. They provide all basic facilities that you will require during North winter season. I would recommend this hotel because of their service, food, location.

It is a decent place to stay in mathura with family, The rooms are clean and big, not very far from mathura junction railway station, they have their own restaurant also, which serves good quality food. Highly recommended. But the fares are a bit on a higher end. Radhe Radhe 🙏

Service is amazing. Loved it. Dining Room services especially were to the mark. Though, the paintings on the wall were not aligned and sounded unprofessional. They keep your items safe, as we lost our camera, and called and recieved it 3 days later when we were passing through.

5 stars purely for hospitality. The staff right from security to room service to attendents were very nice, warm, welcoming and cordial. The parking space is a bit tight but the security took good care of my car. There aren't many options in Mathura and keeping that in mind, I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel. The breakfast was another strong point about our stay. Shout out to the guy at the breakfast hall and to our room service.

It is a great hotel to visit with family. It has a very good restaurant at the ground floor. It is fully equipped with great facilities and behavior of the staff is also friendly. I would say if you are in Mathura then it's worthy to go here once.

Loved every single aspect of it. Really close to all the temples and you already know it's famous one and only peda. Can get many e-rickshaw and cabs from here. Rooms are spacious and service is just great. They even served us warm breakfast right in our room. Best stay in whole mathura.
