Ibrahimpatti Near Koth, Ballia is a village in Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is situated 69 kilometres (43 mi) from Ballia. As of 2011 census, this village has a population of 1,674.

A former Prime Minister of India, Chandra Shekhar, was a native of Ibrahimpatti. Imbranhim Patti's nearest railway station is kirihrapur.

400KV Substation was commissioned in year 2007 and 765KV &+-500KV HVDC Ballia Bhiwadi line was Commissioned in year 2011. Now this station is in O&M stage.
It's one of the largest Substation in Asia....

Here high voltage Alternating current (AC) generated from thermal electric powerplants in north India is converted in to Direct current (DC) using powerful machanism and has been transported to powerstations nearly 1000Km far with very less powerloss and from there the DC is again convertee back in to AC and supplaid to the substations
