I had severe spasms in my arm and shoulder area. Just after a day, Dr. Shruti figured out it was cervical pain, this shows the incredible knowledge and experience she has in her work. I came to Dr Shruti for my daughter. Due to her violent coughs she was getting pain around her floating ribs (both sides). We were not sure the extent or the actual damage. Dr. Shruti diagnosed it as muscle spasms and notch.
She recommended about 2 weeks physio, at least 5 days a week. However, my daughter was healed in less than 2 weeks.
Highly recommend Dr Shruti, she has patience, advices well and if there needs to be a change due to a new finding or observation during the session, she does not hesitate to bring it up or change the line of treatment.

I had reached out to Dr. Shruti based on all the reviews on Google, when I strained my rotator cuff while lifting weights. Because it was a 10 year old injury, and I had recently adopted an active lifestyle, I was clear that I needed a thorough sports rehab professional who would be sympathetic to my condition and future recovery.

All the good reviews turned out to be 100% true. Dr. Shruti takes out the time to patiently listen to your challenges and assesses based on her extensive experience. On the first day, I could barely move my entire arm. I followed her guidance, consistently showed up for 10 days, and within that duration had almost forgotten that I was in a recovery period.

Because I wanted to get back to my active routine, she recommended another 10 day session of exercises that she herself has designed over time. While I was apprehensive, I am amazed that I have made 90% progress. I no longer get any jerks of pain! With a little more time, care and exercises on my end, I am confident I will soon get back to lifting weights.

She is one of the physiotherapist who is very invested in her patients. She herself get involved with the treatment which was a very positive factor for me. Also she is very flexible. She is very through with her treatment.
