Only one counter is working. Fortunately when we went for reservation , there are only a few persons waiting in the queue ! We could finish our reservation process and came out within 15 minutes ! Credit cards are accepted. But subsequently it was found that extra charges (may be Convenience charge) was deducted in the credit card statement.. If possible, better to take cash for making payment , to avoid payment of extra charges.

Very dedicated staff only one counter is working no cc cameras were fixed and requested to install machine to find out availability of berths instead of disturbing the staff

It is located near by ZTC centre or Coco cola factory. Here we can book all our railway reservations as per our convenient. Staff also very cooperative and patiency. When we require a reservation we need to take a reservation form and fill it same and submit with concern clerk. They will support for our reservation concern.
