The receptionist, Pinky is very warm and professional. Services are really good. I went for a hair cut and it was expectedly awesome. Got hell lot of praises from people.This time i went for a clean up which was pretty good. A special mention to the hair stylist , Sameer who did my keratin treatment...He is a very calm person and will cater to all your issues.He is very much skilled at his work and very professional. I give
his work and this salon a 5 star.

I had a great experience at Lakme salon jorhat. My hair was done by Majon. He did my smoothening treatment with utmost amount of patience and dedication. It was worth visiting.

Though my first visit was worst and never thought of visiting the Lakme salon ever... But things seem to be changing after the brand changed to Nova Salon... Quiet happy with the services and prices...
