Just loved this place.. awesome garden. Awesome food. I just loved the breakfast. A healthy n heavy breakfast. Balcony view of this room is attached here. It also has a swimming pool. We just loved that. Mosquitoes were their in monsoon. So should take care of that. Neat and clean place it is. But mosquitoes are due to greenry near by.

Amazing rooms, great hospitality and great breakfast.
No parking inside the hotel available. It's basically a villa which has been converted into a hotel. The manager and staff is cooperative. A bit far from the happening places of goa but if you need a quiet place. This is the place you want to be.

One of the best stay I ever had after a long time, well done rooms/ bathroom, clean, awesome breakfast. The staff is extremely helpful and polite and ensures that every service is delivered with a smile. Thanks to the manager of the property Perpetua Fernandez as she is a wonderful person with equally wonderful staff Arun and Suzy manage it all very well making it a stay were you unwind.

Affordable price. Clean Hotel. Provide Hot water service. Sufficiently large rooms. CRT TV and AC are provided in rooms(according to the type I had opted for deluxe room)

Good management. Room was cleaned prior coming so wait time was less.

We stayed 7 nights in this Vila. It is managed by a family who have taken extreme care to minute details. The rooms are clean with brand new Jacquar fittings in the bathroom. The showers are very functional and wi-fi connection is good. One can relax at the pool with a glass of chilled beer and the food is awesome.
The hosts are very hospitable and will make sure the guests are comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

This place is at siolim. Our stay was pleasant at treebo. The lady manager was also good. The breakfast was complementary and it was good and yummy. Rooms were nice and spacious. The caretaker was also nice and helpful. He told us the directions and also arranged the scooty for us. One thing cellular network issues were there. Overall we enjoyed our stay at treebo trend.

It's a very nice luxury house than a hotel. Calm place, near to Baga, vagator, morjim beaches. Rooms are spacious with good bedding. Bathroom is clean and neat with toiletries. Basic amenities are totally good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Best place to stay with family. No issues with food, it's quality & price. We got tasty vegetarian dishes. Since only vegetarian hotels are less in Goa, We preferred to have breakfast and dinner here in this hotel. Swimming pool is available. though it is small but well maintained. Surrounding area is nice residential and no noisy busy roads nearby. Vehicle parking is not available inside the hotel.

Nice place, staff is supportive & helpful. Best hospitality Service. Rooms are nicely maintained and clean with all the facilities (hot & cold water, AC, fan, TV, little swimming pool).
lovely place. Quiet place, the design of the hotel is simple and clean. Breakfasts were very good. 45 km away from the airport. Not so far from the beaches(local beaches located under 5-12km calngaute, baga, arpora, chapora, candolim) . Cool place.) Siolim church(ST Anthony church) is the landmark. You can travel by public transport or you can get bike or car on rent.

We were a group of 11 and a child of around 2.5 years.
Manager and hotel staff are just awesome...too supportive and hewlpful with arrangements of boiled milk at odd hours for child and dinner at hotel after 9.
Breakfast was included,which included omelette,bread butter/jam,aloo parantha,poha,puri sabji.
Tea and coffee are not good though.
Pool side cafeteria sitting makes ur mood if u wanna enjoy pool masti with some songs on speaker.
Pool timings are 7 AM to 7PM with a small children pool too.
Quite a cosy place away from hustle bustle of city.
Nearest beach is vagator.
Restaurant food was also good.nearby there is a punjabi restuarant with awesome north food n non veg options too

Coming to rooms,its spacious,clean and well equipped..
Hot water available and room services are also too good...be it cleaning,laundry or any help.
Its a home/cottage converted to villa so tht homely feel with balcony and sitting places with greenery is add on.
We visited recently and enjoyed rain
Ice cubes also provided on request for your party inside rooms

It's a value for money property, beautiful rooms and good pool, courteous staff very helpful. Rooms are big and we'll maintained. Stay was very comfortable. Very vibrant colors.

Good hotel for smaller stay. Easy to notice from road. Ample amount of parking place is available. Rooms are specious and having all required ammenties. Service is quick. Breakfast menu is not that much attractive. Budget accomadations available.

Rooms were very clean and fresh, staff response is good, they have maintaining the building so neat and clean, food also good ordered mixed vegetable curry and chapati, both were good, stayed for one day only, preferable to stay next time also
