Situated at Kamalabari - Established in 1962 – Scenic location- Beautified by a garden abundant with flowered orchids – Simple in structure but elegant in look- Courteous teachers and staff – A senior Professor spared his precious time to show us around- Has 15 departments - Campus surrounded by satras and  lush-green paddy fields – Gives the feeling that we are in a traditional gurukulam of olden days.

Majuli College is a multidisciplinary college of the Island, having both science and humanities stream for both UG & PG affiliated to DIBUGRAH University, Assam. Established in the year 1962. It gives honors in the subjects like Physics, chemistry, Mathematics, IT etc.
