Medicine e commerce delivery service .

1) If I start with the packaging it's the first disappointment i felt... Anyone can see what have you ordered and the bill..
2) Well the service isn't bad it's quick but needs a lot of improvement...
3) Received wrong medicine with wrong batch numbers in the bill infact the amount too doesn't match ... No delivery confirmation on the app too later when I contacted to the office here they told me that they would replace it with the new ones... Then they picked up with still no confirmation on the app about its delivery and return... Next day they asked me to pay more if the prices changes in the process of replacement of the medicine and vice versa! Like what's the point of replacement then? They wasted 9-10 days in the whole process now they refunded the whole amount and now I have to order again and I can't apply the offers applied before...

Overall never had a good experience nor bad well I would say the competitors online platform perform better in terms of packaging and services... This is my opinion and I don't blame any organisation or person it is completely based on my experience
I hope to get better quality of service from them in the future

Worst service. Doesn't deliver on expected date. They don't even pickup any calls. Not recommended
