I have been studying here since last 5 years. The college infrastructure is really world class it is excellent 💯 there is no other college in Aurangabad that can beat lecturer are very friendly and all of them have more than 20 years of experience there are a lot of course to choose

Maulana Azad College of Arts and Science was founded in 1963 by Dr.Rafiq Zakaria, who formed a trust called Maulana Azad Education Society to manage the affairs. The College building is nothing but the Naukhanda palace- royal palace of the Nizams, once occupied by Nizam Ali Khan, Asaf Jah II.

Got the chance to visit Azad College after a long time. As usual the classes were busy and enthusiastic students were all around. Today there was open day for class 12th.

Once in Mughal era there was a madarsa whose foundation stone was laid by great Mughal Emreror Aurangzeb Alamgir (RA), where students where thought Arabic and Persian languages, but in British era this madarsa was ruined.
This caught the eye of Dr Rafiq Zakaria who was former politician that time, in 1962 he set this madarsa back to live as a Maulana Azad Educational society.
