I feel very grateful and thankful to have her dealing with my back pain issue which was declared as grade1 or 2 disc bulge. I was kind of bedridden, could not bend or lift weight. Pain cycle became frequent. Post getting Dr. Amrinder's expertise, all my worries and pain have gone. I can bend easily, no pain at all. Her exercise plan, pain management through needling has made it possible. She proved all previous diagnosis by so many qualified doctors wrong. I did not have disc bulge pain as disc bulge is very common. Her understanding of the core issue is very accurate. Her knowledge is commendable. She is caring and highly skilled. Would highly recommend her for any physio related issues.

I am treated for back ache due to muscle strain. Pain reduced drastically with 3 continuous days of treatment. Doctor is polite and she also suggests how to take post care so that the problem does not recur. She suggested 4-5 simple exercises to be done everyday

I went to see Dr.Amrinder when I was in deep back pain and someone suggested me that she treats patients using needle therapy through acupuncture. I was not very hopeful but I still gave it a try and to my surprise I got a lot of relief on the first day of the treatment itself. Since my pain was chronic, it did take me a few sessions to get fit but it was really worth it. Dr. Amrinder knows her job well and is very courteous and patient and assertive in dealing with the patients and pushes them harder to exercise and improve.

We have been to Prima Care as an experiment for treatment of my wife Anita Solanki for cytca therapy. She was in acute pain in her first sitting. We found considerable improvement and opted for 10 days package. With continuous sessions, she is much better and can move now. Dr Amrinder Kaur is very effective. I got my ACL reconstruction procedure done (Post high-grade ACL tear in Jan ’23) in March and although after doing the exercises consistently suggested by my previous physiotherapist there was not great improvement. I had difficulty in climbing stairs even as late as August and that is when I shifted to Noida and came across Dr. Amrinder Kour. The first examination in itself gave me confidence that she is the right person because the analysis was not just restricted to my injury but also to my history of injuries and what could have caused that injury in the first place. The rehab program has been structured towards not only recovering from the injury but also addressing the issues that I never knew of and now I am able to run 5kms quite easily at a good pace and I am confident that I will be 100% back to normal very soon. Of course, rehab is not easy but knowing that the efforts have and will certainly pay off, it is relatively easy to be consistent which is crucial for rehabilitation. I have consulted many physiotherapists before and she is by far the best among all of them.

She has very good knowledge of her field and more important, knows how to apply that. Both me and my wife took treatment from her and it worked well for us. We referred many of our friends and they all also had positive feedback. Strongly recommend her services to all concerned and wish her the very best.
