Ramghat , Panchvati,Nashik

Ramghat or Ramkund is one of the holy places in Nasik. Located in the centre of the city, this place is easily accessible. It is believed that Lord Rama and Sita used to bathe here. Also known as Ganga ghat, it is located along the banks of river godavari. Locals believe that bathing in Ramkund will cleanse all your sins and purify your soul. Kumbh mela was also hosted here. During national festivals and special occasions, Ramkund is at it's full glory. Hopefully locals maintain cleanliness in and around Ramkund.

In Ram ghat it is believed that Lord Rama were came here for holy bath during the time of Vanavas.
It is named as kund and also known as Ganga Ghat In reality it is a Ghat of Godavari River but it has very religious importance.

Ramkund is a sacred tank in Nashik, India, located on the bank of the Godavari River. It's considered the holiest spot in the city, and is believed to be the place where Lord Ram and his wife Sita bathed during their exile.
According to Hindu mythology, bathing in the water of Ramkund purifies souls. It's also used to immerse the ashes of the dead, which are said to be immediately absorbed into its waters.
Ramkund is located 2 kilometers from the central bus stand in Nashik. It's easy to reach by autos and local transport

The government has not paid attention to safety and cleanliness in administration. Still quite here. things need to be improved
