Ginger Gondia, Balaghat Road

I have stayed here for a while and the staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made the stay so enjoyable and comfortable specially the chef Gautam Das make very delicious and enjoyable food and the green environment is very good for walking after food.

The best hotel in Gondia, the entrance is grand, rooms are spacious and clean, reception is welcoming. Breakfast was sumptuous. Overall a fantastic experience.

Ginger gondia is the best hotel in town. Value for money, excellent staff make you feel at home .

The location was perfect for us. The rooms were fantastic. With well designed ample storage space. They could still put a fan in each room. Restaurant can do with some improvement in the menu, almost everything has curry and masala, they could add some green veggies. The view from the road facing rooms is amazing. They have lots of flowering trees and even a pool.

But there is no window in the room. I stayed here for around 15 days and I have to depend completely on a.c. When the world is trying to reduce carbon footprints and live more naturally, hotel administration should opt for more biological ways.

Its restaurant "Cumin" serves quality food.

It is located at bypass, around 2kms away from main city, however the surrounding is calm and the front garden is very beautiful.

Ginger completely justifies its brand "The Taj Group Hotel".

I recently stayed at one of the best budget hotels in gondia, balaghat road and was blown away by the exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and prime location. From the moment I arrived, I felt pampered and well taken care of. The rooms were beautifully appointed, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive. If you're looking for the best hotel experience in gondia, this is the place to stay.

All of the services ( I said all ) are best in class . Also why not , a TAJ branch (TAJ Group is the most highly recommend hotel brand across the globe ) The food was also so much tasty . The washrooms were also very clean . Waiters are very much cooperative and humble . Everything was arranged so properly . Also the premises is soo awesome . Overall a very very awesome experience . Loved everything !

Good hotel for stay as well as dining. Courteous staff and the hotel is centrally located.

I had first talked on phone about room enquiry and early check in, but the staff couldn't solve my problem on phone due to their confusion.But when i later went to hotel they provided good response and service. Rooms are neat and clean but space is a little bit less...food is good and tasty but rates are on a higher side compared to gondia city..but when you compare similar hotels of this brand in other cities rates are just fine..in short I loved this place it has a lush green garden and a clean swimming pool too..

Have stayed at Gateway Gondia thrice. I use it as a stop over on the way to Kanha.
The rooms are fine. The food is better than average. The service staff is polite and service is fine. The reception staff is helpful.
Over all it's the best place to stay at Gondia.
