KGF Grasslands

This piece of land owned by BEML, it's mainly for testing and development purposes.
Silent area with fully green land and we also get to see herd of deer passing sometimes.
Overall Nature at its best

Greener pasture where you can take good snaps, if lucky you could spot blackbucks

Grasslands...... last bit of lively forest in town area with black bucks running wild. Now the grassland is fast disappearing as church, Temple, education trust etc are being developed on it.

Black Bucks - A narrow mud road behind Bharat Heavy Earth Movers Limited, in the town of Kolar Gold Fields (KGF), leads to a hidden, lush grassland that is home to Blackbucks (Antilope cervicapra), also known as Indian antelope. Blackbucks are found in small numbers in and around Tumkur and KGF. They may have migrated to these grasslands after the mining stopped. This is their home now and very few people except the locals know that they exist here. These grasslands, though unprotected, serve as safe haven for a thriving population of Blackbucks.The terrain at Kolar Gold Fields has rocky mounds, which serve as perfect perches for harriers and other birds of prey that are found here. The aforementioned mud road widens a bit as one proceeds further, leading to an open meadow with thorny bushes and shrubs.

Now a days can't able to see clean n feel fresh air. ...
But In Kgf grasslands there's no pollution n can enjoy. ...

Very nice place. Good atmosphere. We enjoyed lot. Everyone can see here deers at all the time in the day

Take your kids and family have fun time silently not disturbing the deers but watch how the deers live

Love this place it's good to hang around with friends or good trail for cycling

This place is no more enjoyable as it used to be as the illegally constructions on road side by different groups making it impossible for deers to cross the road from the forest.

Huge Grassland and if lucky, one can spot Deers...☺
