Very good hotel just outside siliguri jn railway station. The food is very good. The rooms are a bit costlier than usual but you can also get the service you deserve after giving that much money. Definetely recommend to stay here during your stay in Siliguri.

Amazing hotel with a fab location. A must stay if u r visiting Siliguri. It's just next to the station and every location is feasible from here. The staffs are cooperative and their service worth the money.

Location - Excellent. Railway station, buses and autos are all within walking distance.
Rooms - Clean and spacious with big windows.
Bathroom - Clean and hygienic, quite spacious too.
Staff - Quick service and friendly.
Budget - A little pricey but definitely worth it
Overall - This hotel is definitely worth trying out as it has a lot to offer to a traveler. You cannot go wrong with this hotel. After all, it is an international hotel.

Fairly new, very nice rooms-bang for the money. Courteous staff, the front desk lady & the manager took very good care of our entire group. We were on a motorcycle & very particular about our motorcycle parking & we got some special care for our motorcycle too. Good food too, though the restaurant is yet to open as of today. Would recommend to all kind of travellers as it is in the central & close to Siliguri Railway Junction.

The hotel was kind enough to allow an early check-in and did not force us to check out early. Room was spacious and clean. So were the bathrooms. Room service was on point. And the best part is the location of the hotel. Right next to the train station and Tenzing Norgay bus terminal.

You will get 24 hours room service. Rooms were clean and all the facilities were available. Staff and reception manager were good in behaviour. Hotel is located next to railway station, but it does not effect more. Overall experience was very nice because service was good.

The room quality is nothing short of 4 star accomodation. Some of the rooms with balcony has a little bit of sound from the nearby stations but the room on the rear end of the hotel is quite and peaceful. Happy to have stayed here.

The best thing about the place is it's proximity to the essay station.Cosy place ...It's right adjacent to the railway station 50 m from the railway station and u get a view of the railway station from t window. The toy train track ...Darjeeling Himalayan rail is just a stones throw from the track. Clean rooms good hospitality.

It is located just besides siliguri junction Railway station. Stated there for 6 days.... Food is good but room service is not up to the marks.
Overall nice experience .

Brilliant place to stay for travellers. Right in the heart of the city, but disconnected from all the noise and crowd. Picket friendly stay options, good food and friendly staff. Open but safe bike parking. Stayed here for close to 10 nights and been super happy.

Best hotel near Siliguri Jn for family. Thanks to all holtel management and staff. Loved your place.Very good confort zone. Good services. Clean and beatiful maitained hotel. Love it. Its more convinent for bypass train travelers.

Nice hotel room, room charges is little bit in higher side, Food charges is high and delayed room service,but staff behaviour is very good, location is very Good, adjacent to siliguri Junction railway station and behind of Junction bus terminal.Behaviour of Mr.Alam(Front office Executive) is very polite and cooperative.

All good but they don't provide toiletries...

Room service was terrific so was the behaviour of the staffs.. Hassle free check in and check out.. Food was not quite upto that mark.. But overall it was a great stay and money's worth..

Absolutely located inside the Siliguri Junction. The hotel was also very much close to the Tenzing Norway Bus terminus. All the buses release from here.
