Good Station you can even Stay at night also there is no Problem and as Rajgir line and bihar sharif line are going to join their then it would be a favourite route for many Travelers

Awesome and small but finest station

This railway station lies between KIUL-GAYA rail route.It serves the sheikhpura district of indian state Bihar.The railway station is well accessible via bus services,auto - rickshaw,e-rickshaws etc. The station is moderately clean and lacks maintainance a little. But it is very populated,vibrant and cheerful whole day but not at night.The area has no such wi-fi service.Cycle , motorcycle and rickshaw stands are just beside the station. Parking is payable but car parking is also available.Here four wheelers are also available for reserve service just outside the stataion.Availability of ample stalls of sweets,fruits,bags,clothing,food,Snacks, books and other things.The data and balance can be recharged in the phone from here.It has shades on every platform and rest room is also available with clean environment.

Several years before the Grand Chord was built, a connection from the Howrah–Delhi main line to Gaya was developed in 1900 and the South Bihar Railway Company (operated by EIR) had laid a line from Lakhisarai to Gaya in 1879.

Sheikhpura is connected to metropolitan areas of India, by the Gaya–Kiul line. Station is located in Sheikhpura city in Sheikhpura district in the Indian state of Bihar. Due to its location on the Gaya–Kiul line, many trains coming from Gaya and other cities stops here. Sheikhpura is well connected with nearby cities Gaya,Nawada, Bhagalpur,Howrah and Kiul through daily passenger and express train services.

A new branch line between Neora railway station and Sheikhpura railway station via Neora, Jatdumri, Daniyawan, Bihar Sharif, Shiekhpura is underconstruction in which Bihar Sharif-Daniyawan section was partially started in 2015.
