The Estate Resort

The estate resort, located in the lush green western ghats is a great staycation in nature. The ambience is so peaceful, the rooms are so beautiful, the hospitality of the staff is spot on and the food is so delicious, all at a nominal rate. The room with a picturesque valley view will keep you engaged and which has a beautiful sunrise view, so you won't feel like leaving the room and if you do want to, resort offers a number of fun activities for the guests like outdoor sports, indoor sports, swimming, trekking etc.

All in all, The Estate is a place worth visiting at least once in your lifetime with your loved ones. We had a memorable experience and would love to visit again

We checked into the property on a week day with our little child. The quiet, peaceful and lush green surroundings is the USP of the place. The staff is friendly and helpful. We tried out the Spa and the was one of the most relaxing ones, though a bit over priced.

The best resort in Moodabedri. The place is truly amazing. A total home stay feel with beautiful greenery where ever you see, so relax feeling, walking around the resort is very pleasant. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The resort has many facilities such as outdoor and indoor games, camp fire, swiming pool etc. An excellent bar & restaurant with awesome food to choose. The morning complementary buffet breakfast was too good with plenty of options.

Altogether the stay was extremely good and we had so much fun and planing one more trip shortly. 🤩🤩

Beautiful view ambience especially in the late evening hours, delicious food, must try mixed non veg fried rice.

We recently attended the wedding of our dearest frnds.. the rooms are good only thing in our bathroom the electric wire were open so was worried to take shower 🚿. Otherwise, we had amazing time there.. the food was amazing. Front office team was great... and the best was electric tuk tuk driver and the watchman at the porch was very very kind and hallg personality.

We booked a 3bhk Villa and it was an amazing experience. We enjoyed a lot and had many memories. It was one of the best trip which we had in 2023.

A secluded resort situated on eastern slopes of hills near Mudbidre town. Early morning Sun rise were amazing...haze created by fog and low light create amazing views.
As the property is situated on Hill scope, it requires climbing up and down the slopes. Felt like a good exercise. The property has small rope course setup including a zip line, swimming pool, Hill top rubber plantation and party lawn as well. The Hill top rubber plantation is a good place to take a stroll through out the day. The swimming pool is nice and clean and tucked away in green lawns.
The kids area could be a bit more engaging.

The Resort is amazing, set at a beautiful location - very serene. The view from my room was out of this world. Refreshing pool. Experienced the most delish, finger licking cuisine ever. The staff were amazingly exceptional - Jayanth the resort driver was extremely professional, good at what he does, kind, warm hearted and very reliable. The reception girls are also an additional plus to the resort, restaurant staff made us feel at home.Truly the Place to be💕

THE ESTATE RESORT:
Had been to this place for dinner and here are few short points 'ONLY' abt the restaurant.

• 40 - 50 min distance from Mangalore.
• Dinner starts from 7:30
• Restaurant customers can also take a look at the estate site ( swimming pool )
• Restaurant customers aren't allowed to use the swimming pool and also enter into the area where there are rooms and villas.
• BEST VIEW from the restaurant itself.
• Really enjoyed the food especially the coastal cuisine.
• Clean and we'll maintained property.
• Stewards and the receptionists were up to the mark.
• Must appreciate the kind and well behaved staffs in the restaurant.
• No AC in the restaurant but manageable from the winds of the mountain and decent Fans.

To be mentioned:
We had been to this place a little early before the dinner timings and since we had to consume our time, we went down taking a look at the property. We were also allowed to GO INTO THE GAME ROOMS AND VILLA AREA which wasn't allowed for the outside customers .
Also the staff were helpful in asking us to take our family picture.

Overall, a pretty good experience and looking forward to have a stay at this place soooon!!

Everything abt this resort is amazing.. Their hospitality is well worth it and food here is just absolutely delicious. The only thing which I wasn't comfortable with was the weather - it was sticky and hot outside. Other than that.. It was an absolute amazing getaway!

We visited the restaurant at Estate. The ambience was great, and the food and drinks didn't disappoint. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to unwind to a beautiful view whilst having food.

I had a beautiful experience in the hotel right from the time I checked in, very welcoming and hospitable front office staff. We were given sarees as gifts and even had the opportunity to select one of our choice, that’s very kind of hotel staff. The driver Jayanth was the best who drove us to all places we wanted to visit and was patient enough to wait for us to do our shopping. He even assisted us to make good choices of the items we bought. Indeed he was a driver and a tour guide at the same time. Not to forget the girls at the reception one of them came to tie our sarees despite Monday being her off day. All in all the whole team of the staff right from the kitchen made our stay memorable 👍🏿👍🏿

It’s a fabulous pet friendly hotel. Everything about is great from the food to the staff to the stay.
This was my 2nd stay with my family and we all enjoyed to our fullest.
