Mango Tree Home Stay

Very hospitable and pleasant owner. Easy to communicate, book and check in. Excellent location to explore Hampi. Rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious. We 5 adults (family) felt at home in their family room. They have Hampi's best restaurant - Mango Tree Restaurant so one can order food in the room. Only problem we faced was with the water taps being stuck and luke warm water to bath. Will recommend everyone who wish to have a pleasant stay within 5-8 KMs of major attractions at Hampi.

This is a very comfortable stay. The rooms are big enough and very clean, also clean are the bathrooms. Also, the price is very cost effective. The area is super peaceful. The owners are very friendly. If you have your car it is absolutely best. Even if not, you can rent Luna bike from main temple in Hampi, the fuel station is close to homestay. We stayed for 4 nights.
You can home deliver food from a restaurant for dinner.

We had the most wonderful stay here. We had booked a deluxe room for 3- the room was clean, spacious as well as the toilet. The best thing about the place was the beautiful garden and the terrace. The hostess was very kind and accomodating, so were the friendly staff. I would recommend this place anyday for a peaceful getaway at Hampi.

I stayed for 2 days and its a beautiful place to rest and explore Hampi. My room and common areas were super clean! And all the staff were super charm and kind, make me feel I was staying at home. Lakshmi helped me organize my activities and recommended me places to visit. Also she invited me typical food and it was delicious!. I highly recommend this place to explore Hampi and to enjoy the time in the area :)

People here are super friendly and great place to stay. Since this nearby tourist attractions with best in class facilities with best staff/owners, I would strongly recommend this place to stay when you visit Hampi.

Parking: You don’t have parking inside the property, but there is open land which can accommodate two cars.

The house is surrounded by their beautiful garden. It has a nice little balcony where all guests can have coffee/ food. Home made Breakfast will be provided if we request for the same.
Lakshmi aunty and Raju are very courteous and helpful.
Rooms are not very spacious. Its just ok for 2 people, not comfortable for 3 ppl.
They get Lunch and dinner from their own hotels if ordered.

Our stay for 4 days was very comfortable and homely. The landlady Mrs. Lakshmi is very polite, affectionate and a proactive lady. Raju the boy who stays there is very helpful and courteous. He attends to the guests promptly. The ambience of the homestay is very calming with a beautiful garden filled with variety of plants in full bloom. The breakfast served was delicious and we also requested her for dinner which she willingly prepared and served. So our stay was very good and Mr. Huliraj, took us around Hampi in auto for 3 days and showed us all the places. A very polite and helpful person. On the whole it was a wonderful stay at mango tree homestay - made our trip to Hampi memorable. Thanks to Lakshmi, Raju and Huliraj.

We had a great stay at Mango Tree Homestay. Raju was a welcoming host, and Pampa and Uncle were also really friendly and helpful. We had a great day exploring the main sites of Hampi with Pampa by tuk tuk - would highly recommend. The homestay also helped us to arrange mopeds for one of the days to drive around Hippie Island which was great fun. The room was comfortable and had a good shower. The breakfast was also delicious, especially the egg dosa! Thanks to the homestay team 😊

Our visit in Hampi was absolutely breathtaking. The homestay was clean and neat, everybody around was extremely friendly and our driver and guide Pampa provided us with the most interesting information, insane lookouts and made us have a really good time.
Can highly recommend. 11/10!!

Little paradise nearby Hampi ! The staff is lovely and very helpful if you need rickshaw or order any food in the city. You can also let your luggage after your check-out and coming back to enjoy the common areas, especially if you have to wait for your transportation (night train or bus). Good vibes only !

Mango Tree Homestay has comfortable, clean rooms and a wonderful host. Lakshmi and her staff make sure you have everything you need. The house is beautifully decorated. Lakshmi arranged an English speaking riksha driver to show me around. Pampa took me to wonderful places and told me many things on the History of Hampi and the village people. I had a great time.

Me and My sister stayed here for 2 days and must say the property is so peaceful as the host has planted so many types of plants that the area is very cool because of it. The rooms are clean, wall art is awesome and bathroom is clean too.
When you visit this place please do try aunty's (owner) hand made coffee, its just FAB.
I gave 3 star to location as it is very remotely situated and if you don't own a car you cannot go out to eat anything as everything closes down by 7 pm so by default we have to order dinner from the place owner suggested.
Monuments are close enough and also she arranged us auto for 2 days which include both south & north. The auto driver name was 'Devaraj' and he has well maintained auto and will suggest you quite a few non popular place too.

Good food and service. Rooms were neat. The staff arranged auto to visit places around hampi for 2000 for one day. I was worth it, there are so many places to visit.
The auto man took us for a hotel in Hampi for breakfast and lunch, dont remember the name but it was also very good.

Went home with happy memories and motive to come back and stay at the same place.

Good place for family stay and affordable . Rooms are clean , service is good and owner is very helpful and cooperative . Personally recommend if you plan to visit hampi . All major attractions are within this vicinity .

It was a memorable experience.The room was good , the owners were very helpful and friendly. We got a good auto driver Pampa who took us around the Hampi , explaining everything with almost patience . He was very helpful throughout our journey which made our trip so holistic.

The house is surrounded by trees. Rooms are so good, breakfast is so testy home made... Staff is so supporting and they shared the Riksha vale uncle number he is so supportive.

The rooms here are well maintained and the service is really good. It's also very close to the major attractions of hampi. The hosts are very polite and accommodating. The ambience is also enhanced with lush green plants all over the property. I highly recommend this place.
