Due to mostly nearby village area, They deliver posts only to known people. Majority of buildings/New construction don't have house no./proper address, so they don't deliver to them.
Also they do contact through mobile sometimes, not always.
Located very deep and in a very narrow street. But still accessible.

This is typically a village run post office not meant for handling large volume of post. The staff are neither trained nor do they have the inclination to deliver. India Post should revamp the post office given the changing dynamics of the region. Documents like Passport, Driving Licence are delivered at their own convenience anywhere between 1 week to 2 weeks after it has arrived. On questioning them, their response is most curt. things like - itni jaldi hai to aap bag khol kar de aao :) :)
