There was a confusion in vehicle pick up time. We asked for pick 12PM but was misunderstood as 12AM next day. Both Sadiq and his brother were polite enough to answer all queries. We rented Innova to visit Odisha. Vehicle had no trouble round trip except for puncture on way back(We faced issue in replacing spare wheel and tools were not there in the vehicle),Sadiq understood the issue and considered not to charge extra for the delay in hand over. Had issue(not a blocker - we got around it) with Fasttag scan not working at two toll booth as the vehicle transfer was in progress.

Excellent service. I had booked a Honda Brio at the last minute from SM since one of the other vendor scammed us by taking advance but not giving the car. SM not only arranged the car at the last moment but also did not take any advance till we got the car. The car was very well maintained and gave us good mileage.

On our way back we were tired to drop off th car late in the night, SM service arranged a car pick up from my home at a nominal charge.

Highly recommend their car rental services. I would be a long time customer now.
