Ravi Kumar and his team are epitome of professionalism. He has completely changed my perception of LIC. One of my policies got matured and I was able to get the claim sitting at home, even though, I had lost the bond and policy was on my maiden name but all my documents were on married name. on top of that policy was of different city. Courier, notary everything he did on his own. I am extremely impressed and very happy with his services.
