I like this Bank, The app is user friendly that you can open an FD in seconds and rate of interest is high, even withdrawing the FD takes a second.
I have not visited Branch fro years now.. But App gives full access to your account.

No.1 fraud bank, Worst bank ever, we have applied loan in kaggadasapura branch they processed loan amount Jana small finance bank account their that staff only transferred our amount through IMPS that fraud forgery person name is Nagesh people please don't choose Jana small finance, if rate of interest is high also no problem try from some other bank, this bludy cheeter won't help you also they will try to save their staff only we have raised a complaint on that Nagesh fraud still no response for that from that cheeting and from that fraud forgery bank. complaint raised every where in their head office and their particular branch through, mail wherever possible we have raised complaint but still not received any sollution call also, please don't choose this bank. we have filled police complaint on this bank so.will move officially, and also further action we are going to complaint in consumer court also this bank have to give answer and sollution for us, this bank have to ask sorry for the insident also.... don't cheet poor people.... I'm waiting for your further action i have more ways to move this case ....

This is the worst bank I have had bank with, even manager level people are idiots, they will say something and make your life not easy enough to come out. Charge charge and charge, the leading banks are also not charging this much. Balakrishna from krpuram branch came to my home for sb and fd, he said that our bank has no instant kit, so you have to apply for a debit card, the charge is only 199,but now I could see bank has a instant kit and for the debit card bank is charging multiple times. It's completely nonsense, Bank should have proper training module for the managers.

Dis bank is not good as it was before 2years .
Dis helpline numbers don't hav the perfect information obt der bank it self .

Pathetic experience, very bad service by customer care representative, they tell us the call is being recorded but they ask the customer to disconnect the call because she can not talk properly , you should check the patients of a crm before keeping them on a job , as a customer no lbody will be waiting that the executive will be in a good mood or bad

Worst bank ever seen , all staffs are fraud, illiterates they said 2.5 lakhs subsidy will be given for home loan and now they are saying they have not raised request while creating loan application such fraud people.

We have account hear few years back we paid amount to Clear the emi & the executive did not given the bill after paying so we thought that amount handover to bank if somebody paying the amount please collect the bill from executives

Worst staff not even trained properly dont know to talk using bad words as feamle staff also executive visiting the home by late night for collection no proper dress code ..drunk and came bad banking useless ...
