Gurgaon Runners Group (GRG) is the best Running group in NCR. The coaches are excellent and the company of fellow runners is awesome who always encourage you to bring the best out of your capability.. Running with the gang of GRG has been really a great experience for me and something which I always wait for… The team of our motivated coaches are always there to guide us and improve our performances… Keep Running and don’t count the Miles…..

I joined Gurgaon Runners Group a couple of years ago . What started out as a group meeting like minded people is now like a family one cannot do without .
The group is ideal for all type of runners whether they are beginners or have experience in running .
Our coaching Balwinder and Mehak have personally made sure that all the runners keep getting the required guidance and advise at all stages .
Also, training plans for various events , personal goals are available .
Lastly, as a group we are all one and the motivation and inspiration provided to all cannot be matched

Gurgaon Runners Group is the best group in NCR to learn nuances of running especially for beginners. The group is very democratic and doesn't impose anything as such on runners. The coaches are very professional. After joining the group in 2018 never looked back.

Group is dynamic, energetic and focused under guidance of Mr Balvinder Singh Ji. Based on my first session I could understand that they are focused on quality workout and variations in their workout. A good thing for better sustainability 😊
