Very poor service from SBI, the CDM machines are not working. SBI itself a big scam, just charges for everything and no service at all

That Tamilian lady staff very worst service and behaviour
she don't know how to talk with customers useless for that branch she don't give respect to any customers very very worst staff you have....

We visited the branch for my sister regarding changing mobile no and she gave the request form before 15 days but still it didn't done so we went to ask we really fed-up with the service the madam who's sitting in the counter Deputy Manager Operation she was very careless about customer we standing nearly one hour but she didn't attend us she was roaming here and there speaking in call and if she attended one customer next customer will take 20 minutes I do no what is service they providing you people not serving free you people detucting for all service thean y u people think that we don't have job and also it's covid-19 time still u people keeping the customers inside for one to 2 hour it's a so careless service
