Swayambhu Shiv Shankar mandir Juna Sheva

Om namah shivay. Great feeling after visiting this green place. Surrounded by jungle, yet very easy approachable by road. Inside temple, Ganesh and Hanuman idol are there. On the way to it, you can see pleasant view sunset at sunset point near JNPA CENTER. Port trust developing site with garden and water ways near temple.

An ancient shiv temple placed in very calm and remote place but vehicle friendly thanks to port authority now developing the surrounding superb place for meditation

The way to the temple is through a thick forest and is deserted. This itself prepares you for the peace and solitude you will experience here.
Temple has a swayambu and has been in the family possession of the priest for more than 300 years.
Inside the sanctum sanctorum there is the Shivling. You can do abhishek with milk presided over by the priest.
You inwardly feel the connection with the devine.
There is Ganesh Ji idol and a Hanumanji idol inside the temple outside the garbh garbh.
Outside the temple is the shrine to Vetal (a form of Bhairav) and a shrine dedicated to Lord Dattatreya. There is a Sai Baba Mandir too.
Arjuna and Krishna are also there.

Currently the area is under construction stage, temple is open
