Service is good but need to improve more things i.e cleaning and administration, there is a dedicated India post buy shop area but there is nothing showing to buy

First and foremost all the staff needs to be given training about how to talk with people, i just went there to receive my parel and first I went to the very first counter and i asked for my parcel then one old lady said go to customer care desk first and when I went there then they said go to 2nd floor and then when I went on 2nd floor, immediately right to the entrance there was old man was sitting there and i asked him for my parcel then he said go to the ground floor and asked customer care and they kept on asking me to go up and down and finally when I screamed at one of the staff then he said there is a list on the wall which contains all the postmaster name and phone# mentioned based on area wise and finally got to know about my parcel but all drama that they played with me, I'll remember this forever and I'll never use any service from Indian post office. People or staff really need to get trained on behavior and learn at least how to talk with people there.

Staff behaviour was very rude ....they have no sense how to talk with the people. Staff is going for lunch for but there is no another reliever Staff to do their work and people are waiting for long time but none of use it.For single parcel we have to come 2 or 3 times then it will complete
