South City 2 Postal Distribution Centre

I am wife of retired army officer. Visited this post office to collect a Speed Post packet undelivered, due to house lock. I sincerely wish to compliment the entire staff for their outstanding and forthcoming attitude to resolve the query. Well done.

Honestly I was wary about approaching the post office at first because of the negative reviews, but Ajit Singh postman was very helpful, called him about my parcel and he called back the next day. Parcel will be delivered in one hour. Very happy with the service

Firstly it hard to found the place becuse google is showing something else when you follow the walk path , i went there in my 2nd try , ideally such offices should be at road side not in the sector like this. Service is as like every government office i just got my parcel and that's it. However i like the greenery around it. 😊

Postal distribution has to be improved.

Bad service Indian post office

No wonder Indian post is loosing its business to private courier and is on verge on closing its business and post offices and staffs like this one are making sure of it. You have to chase down every post with the post office or they will return it as address not found. Also if they sense a slight scope of urgency they will call you at this post office and ask for "mithai" ke liye paisa.

"Very irresponsible people. have not deliver the parcel and update status as delivered and there is point of contact. even not picking the call."

Pathetic Service , PLEASE dont use India POST. Two of my parcels show as delivered but i have not received them.
