Worst experience ever with self drive cars,

i've booked brezza(2022 model) but after payment they said brezza not available go fot ciaz , I request for cancellation but no answer. Then i have no option have to go for ciaz(2018 model).

The second worst thing is FASTag - they tell you on spot to recharge it , any way till that point is fine but after recharge also at toll it says insufficient fund , so i have to pay in cash and paid double amount & in return too i paid double when i tell this thing to owner they are not responding anything and not taking any action on it.
Conclusion : they don't care about costumers.

Worst service and worst staff behaviour no payment return policy also car not provided by owner.

Very bad customer service and money stealing ,
Waste of time and money

Don't get return of deposit money.
