A good gym in Guwahati in an busy side of town. Pros: Modern gym, separate spinning/cardio room. Separate dance/mat work room. Has lockers, showers and toilets. Plenty of trainers to help out if need be. A snack bar, vallet parking available, good air-conditioning. Cons: Not very spacious but has most of the equipment that you could need. Locker rooms are not very neat but ok. Peek hour is way too congested.

Staff are very nice..both general & personal trainers are good in they Field of work.
Its hv one food stall. The changing & locker room is good.

I am working out here from past 2 years the variety of machines and facilities are quite good then the other multi gym in guwahati.
I got excellent results working out here.

After workout in so many gym in guwahati. I didnt get the result at all but after joining Gold's Gym Ulubari .. within 3 weeks I start getting result .. thanks to the trainer Mr. Rakesh Kalita without him it wouldn't be possible for me to gain weight.. and I really like the gym ..its the best gym in guwahati..

Without any doubt, the best gym in guwahati. The trainers are helpful, the equipment is top notch and the changing room has clean bathrooms and good facilities.

All the facilities are available including steam and shower area. Locker facility is available alongside a food joint. Floor trainers are amazing people with professional attitude

I think the instructors are really friendly and I'm really enjoying gyming here .........I got a proper diet from my manager and my body is wayyyy better than before

The best gym as far as I know in guwahati.
There's MMA too, which is very very good and helps in strength and power gain and weight loss
